Our rooms have the usual facilities such as TV, hospitality tray, clock/radio, hairdryer and binoculars - essential to see the wonderful variety of birdlife at close quarters. There is a fiction library and an extensive collection of tourist literature. The rooms have wonderful views over Lough Neagh.

The Blue Room is en suite, has a large double bed and a sofa which opens into a standard double bed. The latter is excellent for small children.

The Green Room is smaller with a standard double bed and a single bed so can be used as a twin or for a couple with a child. This has a private bathroom across the corridor which has a bath/shower and is family sized bathroom.

Guests also have the use of a large comfortable sitting room with TV, board games, jigsaws etc. We encourage guests to sit downstairs and chat either with us or each other, or of course sit quietly and plan their visits to Belfast for the Titanic Exhibition or Antrim Round Tower or the wonderful National Trust properties in Counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tea/coffee and scones or cake is served in the sitting room on arrival so that you can relax after your journey. Breakfast and evening meals are served in the Dining Room.
